These photos are exact photos of single pieces and serve as examples only. Where an item is one of a set, the items will probably vary slightly in size and appearance, within tolerances determined by the individual artist. Dimensions are approximate to the nearest half inch.
To order, please use the phone number on the home page or the "contact us" button. We do not accept "special" orders. If you will tell us the type of piece you seek, however, we will write you an email the next time we have new work of that type.
Payment may be made by personal check, bank check, postal money order, or credit card. Personal checks must clear before shipment. Do not send credit card information via email. Instead, telephone Michelle. We will need the CC number, exp date, and mailing address where the card is billed. Credit cards will be charged the day of shipment.
Shipping is a flat ten dollars per box inside North Carolina, and thirteen dollars per box outside North Carolina in the continental US. Mutliple items will be packaged inside the same box whenever possible. There is no handling fee. For orders outside the continental US, please write to inquire. Allow two to ten days from date of shipment for delivery in the continental US. We are very careful how we package, but in the unusual event that a piece arrives broken, the claim must be made by the recipient through the carrier, and the purchaser must show the box in the condition in which it arrived.
All work is guaranteed to be of "first" quality, as determined by the artist, and will be free of significant technical flaws. If a purchaser is not satisfied with an item, s/he will be refunded the price of the piece only (not shipping,) after we receive the piece back in its original condition.
We do not repair broken pieces. We can sometimes replace broken work. Write to inquire.
